In today’s fast-paced, ever-changing world, creativity and innovation are more important than ever. STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) education has been at the forefront of educational initiatives for the past several decades, emphasizing the importance of a solid foundation in these critical areas. However, many believe that STEM education neglects an essential element of the creative process: the arts. STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics) education seeks to close this gap by integrating artistic creativity and design into STEM fields to foster innovation, imagination and problem-solving skills. The STEAM methodology recognizes the value of interdisciplinary approaches to learning and embraces the power of interdisciplinary collaboration to develop unique solutions to complex problems.
